団体紹介
About Us
湘南多文化ガーデンは、多文化の子ども（例えば、海外から日本の学校に編入した子、就学前から家族で日本に移住した子、日本生まれで海外につながりがある子等）と保護者等が、誇りをもって自分らしく過ごせる学校、地域づくりを目指して、活動をしている非営利活動団体（NPO）です。
日本語指導員、国際理解教育協力員、多文化の保護者、多文化の親子への支援に興味がある人など様々な人が関わっています。お互いの文化や言語を尊重しつつ、楽しく笑顔でいられる活動を行っています。
Shonan Multicultural Garden is a nonprofit organization that supports multicultural children and their families. Our goal is to promote schools and local communities to become places where multicultural children—and their families—can feel confident and valued for who they are.
Our team includes Japanese-language instructors, intercultural education supporters, multicultural parents, and others dedicated to supporting multicultural families. Together, we offer a wide range of activities where everyone can enjoy learning from one another while respecting each other’s cultures and languages.

白頭 宏美 （代表） HAKUTO, Hiromi (Representative)
小学生の時にアメリカの学校で外国人として過ごした経験から、多文化の子どもへの日本語教育に関心をもつようになりました。大学・大学院で日本語教育を学び、タイとインドネシアで教えた後、現在は藤沢市で日本語指導員として小中学生に、大学で留学生や帰国生に日本語を教えています。
I became interested in Japanese language education for children with multicultural backgrounds through my own experience attending elementary school in the United States. After studying Japanese language education and teaching in Thailand and Indonesia, I am now enjoying teaching Japanese to local elementary and junior high school students in Fujisawa city, as well as to international and returnee students at a university.
市川ジョバンニ （副代表） ICHIKAWA, Yovanni (Vice Representative)
ペルーで教育に携わった後に来日し、2年間日本語を学びました。現在は国際理解協力員、日本語指導員、通訳として教育委員会やFM湘南等で活動しています。私自身、日本で子育てをした一人の外国人として皆様の気持ちに寄り添い、幸せを願っています。
学校制度の紹介や学習支援を通じ、親子が安心して過ごせるよう心を込めて伴走いたします。
“Después de haber trabajado en el sector educativo en Perú, vine a Japón y estudié japonés durante dos años. Actualmente, imparto clases de entendimiento internacional, instructora de japonés e intérprete en instituciones como la Junta de Educación y FM Shonan. Como extranjera que también ha criado a sus hijos en Japón, comprendo profundamente sus sentimientos y deseo sinceramente su bienestar. A través de la orientación sobre el sistema escolar y el apoyo al aprendizaje, los acompañaré de todo corazón para que tanto padres como hijos puedan desenvolverse con seguridad y disfrutar de una vida plena en Japón."
加藤真帆子 （副代表） KATO, Mahoko (Vice Representative)
日本生まれ。アメリカ、インドネシアで日本語指導、川崎市でプレスクールや、デジタルストーリーテリング等をしました。大学、大学院では、子どもに対する日本語教育について研究していました。
日・英バイリンガル教育を行うインターナショナルスクールの担任を経て、今は横浜市立の高校で、日本語や学び直しの担当と、多文化教育コーディネーターを、また、藤沢市の小中学校で日本語指導員もしています。
Born in Japan. I have taught Japanese in the U.S. and Indonesia, and later managed a preschool and digital storytelling programs in Kawasaki. In graduate school, I researched Japanese language education for child. After working as a homeroom teacher at a Japanese-English bilingual international school, I became a Japanese and remedial teacher, as well as the multicultural education coordinator, at a Yokohama municipal high school. I also teach Japanese at elementary and junior high school in Fujisawa.

沿革
History
- 2022.9任意団体「藤沢市プレスクール教室」を設立
- 2023.2入学ガイドブック（藤沢市版）発行
（やさしい日本語、スペイン語、ポルトガル語、中国語、ベトナム語） - 2023.3就学準備サポートプログラム「プレスクール」開催開始（毎年3月）（～2026.3）
- 2024.4「湘南多文化ガーデン」に改名、10月にNPO法人化。
- 2025.1第一回「多文化の親子への支援講座」開催（以後、毎年12月か1月に開催）
- 2025.2ガイドブック改訂「多文化の子どもと保護者のための入学・編入ガイドブック～藤沢市版～」
（やさしい日本語、スペイン語、ポルトガル語、中国語、ベトナム語、ネパール語） - 2025.4「宿題サポート＆お便りサポート」開始（月１回）（～2026.2）
- 2025.9「編入サポート」開始（随時）（～2026.3）
- 2026.3「多文化料理体験」開催（年２回）
- 2026.4「多文化ガーデンにほんご・宿題サポート」開始（月２回）
- 2022.9Founded the voluntary group Fujisawa Preschool Classroom.
- 2023.2Published the Fujisawa Elementary School Enrollment Guidebook in multiple languages.
- 2023.3Started the Preschool support program (annual, until 2026).
- 2024.4Renamed Shonan Multicultural Garden and became an NPO in October.
- 2025.1Launched the Seminar for Supporters of Multicultural Parents and Children (annual).
- 2025.2Updated and expanded the School Enrollment Guidebook in simple Japanese, English, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, Vietnamese, and Napli.
- 2025.4Started monthly Homework & School Letter Support (until Feb 2026).
- 2025.9Started Support for Multicultural Children and Parents Entering School (as needed, until Mar 2026).
- 2026.3Started Multicultural Cooking Event (twice a year).
- 2026.4Started “Multicultural Garden Japanese & Homework Support” (twice a month).
